Practical Apps

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Practical Apps handles information across practicalapps.online, our browser apps, and the internal Practical Apps Social Agent. Last updated: August 22, 2026.

Who we are and how to contact us

Practical Apps operates practicalapps.online and the Practical Apps Social Agent. For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, contact [email protected].

Information we handle

The storefront may process purchase email, payment status, contact-form details, and optional release-update signup information to provide access, purchase lookup, delivery support, and requested updates. Checkout providers process payment details; Practical Apps uses the resulting payment status and transaction reference for fulfillment and support.

The website records limited traffic-attribution information, such as the visited page, referring page, campaign parameters, and a temporary session identifier, to understand which Practical Apps marketing links are useful.

Practical Apps browser products store working app data locally on the user's device. We do not ask users to upload their private app workspace data to the Practical Apps website.

Social platform integrations

The Practical Apps Social Agent is an internal tool used only by an authorized Practical Apps operator for the PracticalApps.online Pinterest, Instagram, and Threads accounts. Each platform is connected through its official OAuth authorization flow; we never ask for or store the operator's social-account password.

With authorization, the Social Agent accesses the authenticated account's profile and username, account-owned boards where applicable, account-owned posts or Pins, publishing results, and account-owned analytics. This information is used only to confirm the connected account, select an eligible publishing destination, publish original Practical Apps content, prevent duplicate publishing, and measure our own campaign results.

Every post or Pin is individually prepared, reviewed, explicitly approved, and scheduled by the operator before publication. The tool does not automate follows, comments, messages, saves, likes, or actions on other users' accounts.

Social tokens, storage, and retention

Platform access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in a private local operational database and are used only to make authorized API requests. We keep only limited operational records needed for the service, such as the selected destination identifier, published post or Pin identifier, publishing status, and timestamps.

Social-account data is requested when needed and is not sold, licensed, combined with unrelated third-party profiles, used for advertising outside the connected platform, or used to train or improve artificial intelligence models.

Authorization may be revoked through the connected platform's account settings. We delete stored tokens and associated local connection data when an integration is disconnected, when it is no longer needed, or after a valid deletion request sent to [email protected], subject to limited records we must retain for security, legal, or accounting purposes.

How information is shared

We send approved content and destination links to Pinterest, Instagram, or Threads only when the authorized operator requests or schedules publication on that platform. Other information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, process checkout, deliver purchases, host the service, or respond to support requests, or when required by law.

Practical Apps does not sell personal information or social-platform API data and does not share API data with data brokers, advertising networks, or unrelated third parties.

Security and your choices

We use access controls, encrypted credential storage, limited-scope authorization, human approval, and publishing safeguards designed to protect the information handled by the Social Agent. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but access is limited to the authorized operator.

You may ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, unsubscribe from optional updates, or ask us to remove a social integration by emailing [email protected]. You may also revoke access from the connected platform's account settings.

Children and policy updates

Practical Apps and the Practical Apps Social Agent are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal obligations change. The current version and its last-updated date will remain publicly available at this URL.
